Job Description:
- Extensive troubleshooting of network outages, network performance issues, and configuration issues.
- Analyze, configure and troubleshoot complex networks.
- Support Core, distribution and access layers switches.
- Act as a focal point for accounting network problem resolution
- Providing regular reports to the lead engineer for network performance and all other peripheral devices.
- Onsite escalation of problem related to Network and clients.
