Job Description:
- All types of PC Maintenance & Troubleshooting, Laptops Maintenance & Troubleshooting.
- Instllation & Operate of all Operating Systems ( window 7 & 8).
- Internet Browsing, Surfing & E-Mailing etc
- Domain Configuration and Support Domain related problems.
- Troubleshooting user accounts & network connectivity on desktop
- Support to end user regarding Desktop, Networking and Internet related issues
- VPN configuration.
- Also given end user support through telephonic, remote, VNC, and Team Viewer.
· Installation of servers and managing all hardware and software related issue.
- Installation of Operating Systems Windows (Service Packs) and Linux.
- Installation and configuration of Applications.
- Handling customer and resolved their computer related issue.
- Configuring wireless connection & proxy settings.
- Assembling and configuring the systems.
- Troubleshooting the Network and maintaining TCP/IP Network.
- Configuring and troubleshooting Desktops, Laptops and printers.
- Creating User and applying Group policy objects according to the requirements.
- Perform on-site and remote technical support.
- Assist in the organization and inventory of all hardware software resources.
